Litecontrol's manufacturing facilities utilize the latest technologies to ensure that all of our products maintain the highest quality standards with the least impact on the environment. Based in Hanson, MA., Litecontrol manufactures products at two fully integrated facilities that total over 450,000 square feet. An employee-owned company, Litecontrol offers a broad range of products and unparalleled customer support before, during and after installation.

Bob Ackerman, Partner, Watermill Ventures
Bob Ackerman is a partner at Watermill Ventures, a private equity investment firm. His prior experience includes CEO of Sheffield Steel Corp., a steel mini-mill; CEO of Lincoln Pulp and Paper Company; President of Premoid Corp, a specialty paper company; assistant professor and lecturer at Harvard Business School; and a management consultant and CPA with Arthur Young and Co. He is a graduate of Yale University and Harvard Business School. Bob has been a Board member since 2006.
Jack Brennan, Board Member, Litecontrol
Jack Brennan is recently retired from his position as President of Green Mountain College in Vermont. Previously, he was Dean of the Sawyer School of Management at Suffolk University. He has served on the boards of Timberland Company, Aerovox Corporation and Data Storage Corporation. His prior experience includes tenure as a professor in business at Skidmore College; start-up of a bank in Nashville; CEO of an atom seed company and a chemical separation processing company. He is a graduate of Williams College and Harvard Business School. Jack has been a Board member since 1999.
Brian Golden, President & CEO, Litecontrol
Brian Golden is President & CEO of Litecontrol. Brian joined Litecontrol in 2004 as Vice President, Sales, and later held the position of Vice President, Sales & Marketing. He has spent his career in the architectural products and building materials industries. Brian is a graduate of Villanova University with a BS in Business Management, and received his MBA from Loyola College. He is a graduate of Fordham Law School and a member of the Illinois and Federal Bar. Brian has been a Board member since 2010 and a member of the Litecontrol Board of Trustees since 2008.
Arthur Hall, President & CEO, Claremont Flock
Arthur Hall is President & CEO of Claremont Flock, an employee-owned company, with operations in the U.S. and abroad. Previously, he was Vice-President of Operations at Quabaug Corporation, a rubber manufacturer; VP Finance and Operations for Vertipile, a flock manufacturer; and a senior accountant with Alexander Grant & Co. He is a graduate of Georgetown University. Art has been a Board member since 2005.
Joe Milligan, Retired
Joe Milligan retired from the lighting agency business in 1997. As Litecontrol’s rep in Seattle, he grew the business from a loss to the territory's major agency. His prior experience includes running lighting agencies in New Mexico and sales for GE Supply and other distributors in New Mexico. He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee. Joe has been a Board member since 1999.
Peter Russo, Executive-in-Residence & Director of Entrepreneurship Program, Boston University
Peter Russo is currently Executive-in-Residence & Director of the Entrepreneurship Program and Professor of Strategy and Innovation at Boston University. Prior to that, he was president and CEO of Data Instruments, Inc, an employee-owned manufacturer of pressure and position sensors. Peter was trained as an accountant and worked for Deloitte & Touche. He is a graduate of Montclair State College and Harvard Business School. Peter has been a Board member since 2008.
