Performance SpecificationsStaklite 500These performance specifications are written for use in plans and bid documents they are intended for reproduction as precise descriptions of the technical specifications for Litecontrol projects. Luminaire shall be 3 9/16" wide by 3 9/16" deep, die-formed and welded 20-gauge steel, direct fixture. Fixture shall be furnished with 11-gauge steel splines for insertion at each end of housing at junction of fixtures in rows for precise alignment and ground continuity. In rows, housing shall form continuous wire way. End caps shall be used at ends of individual fixtures and at ends of rows only. Contour of the end caps matches that of the baffle. Baffle rails shall be die-formed 20-gauge steel with 24-gauge baffles in either a BW (solid) or BWP (perforated) pattern, finished Matte White. Perforated Baffles shall have three rows of 1/16" diameter holes located on the outer edge of the blade and shall follow the curvature of the blades. The individual blades have a 1 11/16" radius, spaced at 1 1/2" increments to produce a continuous, uniformly spaced appearance over the entire row. Baffles are attached with 22-gauge spring steel retaining clips and are easily removed without tools for re-lamping. Lengthwise shielding is 30?. A U-shaped white acrylic diffuser shall be available as an option that easily snaps into the channel formed by the baffle blades and becomes part of the baffle assembly to reduce the perceived brightness of the lamps in view. Die-formed 24-gauge steel aisle shields shall be available to obtain a 25? crosswise shielding. Shields shall be finished Matte White to match baffles and housing. Fixtures may be surface-mounted or pendant-mounted with aircraft cables or rigid stem pendants. Fixture and electrical components shall be UL and/or CUL Listed and shall bear the I.B.E.W., A.F. of L. label.
