Performance SpecificationsCove-25These performance specifications are written for use in plans and bid documents. They are intended for reproduction as precise descriptions of the technical specifications for Litecontrol products. The luminaire shall be 6" wide by 2 1/16" deep, die-formed, 20-gauge steel designed to sit in an architectural cove. Paint finish shall be baked white enamel. Ends shall have a 7/8" hole to accommodate pre-wiring. For lowering beam throw by tilting fixture, an optional accessory shall be available that snaps onto the housing to raise back of fixture. The housing shall require no attachment to the architectural cove. The angled reflector system shall be die-formed .020" thick high-reflectance semi-specular aluminum, precisely shaped for maximum horizontal light projection. Straight sloped reflector shall be 24-gauge steel, finished in high-reflectance white for maximum indirect light distribution. Luminance control deflector (LCD) shall be steel, finished in high-reflectance white. LCD shall shield the wall from the lamp and minimize socket shadows on the wall. The fixture shall be available in a one-lamp T5 cross- section, for standard or high-output T5. It shall be 86.9% efficient, with a maximum intensity of 2155 candela at 115° above nadir in the 180° plane (room side). Fixture and electrical components shall be UL and/or CUL Listed and shall bear the I.B.E.W., A.F. of L. Label.
