Performance SpecificationsLC-90These performance specifications are written for use in plans and bid documents. They are intended for reproduction as precise descriptions of the technical specifications for Litecontrol products. The luminaire shape shall be beveled at top and bottom, with dimensions of 3 3/8" high by 9 5/8" wide. The luminaire shall be made of 20-gauge steel. Internal end headers shall be recessed and gasketed and have four clearance holes per end for positive alignment and close, fast attachment. End caps shall be made of 14-gauge steel, with no holes or knockouts, finished to match housing. Two baffles shall be available. A baffle with minimum 23° shielding laterally and 23° shielding longitudinally shall have parabolic baffle blades 1 9/16" deep and 4 1/4" OC of specular, low-glare, low-iridescence aluminum with vertical grain to minimize lamp image. A baffle with minimum 23° shielding laterally and 30° shielding longitudinally shall have parabolic baffle blades 1 9/16" deep and 3" OC of specular, low-glare, low-iridescence aluminum with vertical grain to minimize lamp image. Baffles shall be continuous with no interruption of the baffle blade spacing from fixture to fixture. The snap-in baffle shall secure into the open or closed position by means of four spring-wire clips. The indirect portion of the reflector system shall be specular aluminum with horizontal grain to provide evenly distributed flux in the region above the fixture. The fixture shall be highly efficient, with a minimum of 59% uplight and a maximum of 41% downlight with PARSS or PARSS30 diffusers and no variable distribution reflectors. The fixture shall be available in two- and three-lamp T8. Ballast shall be mounted in the housing sides. Fixtures shall be balanced to hang level. Re-lamping can be done from above without removal of the baffle. Specifically, the following criteria shall apply: Efficiency shall be a minimum of 91% with two-lamp T8 or 84% with three-lamp T8 with 23° shielding longitudinally and 83% with two-lamp T8 or 79% with three-lamp T8 with 30% shielding longitudinally. Percentage of lumens for the indirect portion of the fixture shall be: a minimum of 16% from 90° to 120° a minimum of 36% from 120° to 150° a minimum of 5% from 150° to 180° Percentage of lumens for the direct portion of the fixture shall be: a minimum of 5% from 0° to 20° a minimum of 30% from 20° to 50° a minimum of 2% from 50° to 90° with maximum intensity between 20° and 30°. Fixture and electrical components shall be UL and/or CUL Listed and shall bear the I.B.E.W., A.F. of L. label.
