Performance SpecificationsWall SAEThese performance specifications are written for use in plans and bid documents. They are intended for reproduction as precise descriptions of the technical specifications for Litecontrol products. Wall SAE The luminaire shall be 3 1/4" high by 7 1/2" wide, with the lower part having a radius of 9", ending at the top with a 9/16" beveled edge. Width including wall brackets shall be 8". Fixture shall be available in 3-, 4-, 6-, and 8-foot lengths. Housing shall be die-formed 20-gauge steel. Perforated fixture shall have .062" diameter staggered holes .125" OC, 74 holes per square inch, 23% open. White acrylic diffusing panels shall be retained behind. Perforated areas are 3 1/4" wide, and 3" from each fixture end. At the center of 6-foot and 8-foot fixtures, perforations shall be interrupted for 6", to match perforated patterns of joined fixtures. Slotted fixture shall have a series of slots 1/8" wide x 2.7" long spaced 1" OC along length of fixture housing. White acrylic diffusing panels shall be retained behind. End headers shall be regressed .012". End caps shall be 14-gauge steel, with no holes or knockouts, finished to match housing. Fixtures shall be provided with two mounting brackets per fixture measuring 2 3/4" high by 7" wide by 1/2" deep, finished matte white to mount to and cover a standard 2" x 4" outlet box and allow for proper electrical access and inspection. The reflector shall be constructed of die-formed steel with a high-reflectance white finish. High Performance Reflector option shall include high-reflectance aluminum inserts for enhanced efficiency and distribution. Luminance Control Deflector (LCD) positioned above lamps shall provide uniform light distribution on wall to diminish any appearance of socket shadows. The fixture shall be available with a one- or two-lamp cross-section, with T8, T5, or T5HO lamps. The one-lamp fixture with perforated front using a T8 lamp shall have an efficiency of 73.9% with a maximum intensity of 793 candela at 140° above nadir an the 180° plane (room side). The same fixture and lamp with HPR reflector added shall have an efficiency of 75.2% with a maximum intensity of 973 candela at 120° above nadir in the 180° plane (room side). The two-lamp fixture with perforated front using T8 lamps shall have an efficiency of 58.4% with a maximum intensity of 1411 candela at 130° above nadir in the 180° plane (room side). The one-lamp fixture with slotted front using a T8 lamp shall have an efficiency of 71.6% with a maximum intensity of 790 candela at 140° above nadir in the 180° plane (room side). The same fixture and lamp with HPR reflector added shall have an efficiency of 69.5% with a maximum intensity of 894 candela at 110° above nadir in the 180° plane (room side). The two-lamp fixture with slotted front using T8 lamps shall have an efficiency of 56.6% with a maximum intensity of 1442 candela at 130° above nadir in the 180° plane (room side). The one-lamp fixture with perforated front using a T5HO lamp shall have an efficiency of 71.9% with a maximum intensity of 1307 candela at 140° above nadir in the 180° plane (room side). The same fixture and lamp with an HPR reflector added shall have an efficiency of 75.2% with a maximum intensity of 1861 candela at 110° above nadir in the 180° plane (room side). The two-lamp fixture with perforated front using T5HO lamps shall have an efficiency of 71.9% with a maximum intensity of 2960 candela at 140° above nadir in the 180° plane (room side). The same fixture and lamps with an HPR reflector added shall have an efficiency of 72.1% with a maximum intensity of 3233 candela at 120° above nadir in the 180° plane (room side). The one-lamp fixture with slotted front using a T5HO lamp shall have an efficiency of 68.3% with a maximum intensity of 1271 candela at 140° above nadir in the 180° plane (room side). The same fixture and lamp with an HPR reflector added shall have an efficiency of 68.3% with a maximum intensity of 1689 candela at 110° above nadir in the 180° plane (room side). The two-lamp fixture with slotted front using T5HO lamps shall have an efficiency of 67.0% with a maximum intensity of 2907 candela at 140° above nadir in the 180° plane (room side). The same fixture and lamps with an HPR reflector added shall have an efficiency of 68.3% with a maximum intensity of 3442 candela at 130° above nadir in the 180° plane (room side). Fixture and electrical components shall be UL and/or CUL Listed and shall bear the I.B.E.W., A.F. of L. Label.
