The perforations shall be .0625" diameter staggered on .125" centers, 74 holes per square inch, 23% open with framing on all four sides. End caps shall be die-cast aluminum with no holes or knockouts. The fixture shall be 13" wide and 3 1/4" high; the shape shall be a partial 9" radius. End caps shall be 1 1/2" long sculptured die-cast aluminum, 9" partial outside radius offset to 8" radius. Lamp chambers shall be 3- or 4-foot lengths. A 9" radial by 2" long, die-cast aluminum, intermediate connector with an 8 3/8" offset radius shall join each lamp chamber. Two inch long, die-cast aluminum, partial 8 3/8" radius intermediate connectors shall be supplied for mounting between fixtures in rows. The reflector shall be specular aluminum with rows of .250" wide slots on each side, to provide diffuse illumination for the perforated area. There shall be a white acrylic lens between the reflector and the perforated steel. The maximum luminance on the perforated area shall not exceed 50 footlamberts from any angle. The fixture shall have a minimum of 96% uplight and a maximum of 4% downlight. The fixture shall be available in two-, three-, four-lamp T8, and two-lamp 39-, 40-, and 50-watt compact fluorescent. The fixture shall be 81.3% efficient with two T8 lamps with maximum intensity of 1275 candela at 130° above nadir in the 90° plane; 81.3 % efficient with three T8 lamps with maximum intensity of 2108 candela at 130° above nadir in the 90° plane; 75.3 % efficient with four T8 lamps with maximum intensity of 2600 candela at 140° above nadir in the 90° plane; and 82.8 % efficient with two compact fluorescent lamps with maximum intensity of 3000 candela at 130° above nadir in the 90° plane. The fixture shall also be available with slotted perforated sides in place of standard perforation. Slotted perforated sides shall be .062" by .500" obround slots spaced .656" OC horizontally and .188" OC vertically, 24% open with a white acrylic diffusing panel retained behind. The fixture shall also be available with a downlight component with a 40- or 50-watt compact fluorescent lamp, with a blade or parabolic baffle. System connectors of .100" thick extruded aluminum, mitred at factory, shall be available for tees, crosses, 90° and 135° corners. Each standard system connector shall allow for centered suspension hardware with no suspension required on adjacent fixtures.
