Performance SpecificationsArcos Perf IIThese performance specifications are written for use in plans and bid documents. They are intended for reproduction as precise descriptions of the technical specifications for Litecontrol products. Luminaire shall be an indirect, arcuate (arc-shaped), 2 3/8" deep by 9 9/16" wide fixture. Lengths shall be 48" and 96". Luminaire shall be suspended exactly on 4- or 8-foot centers, including at ends of rows. Housing shall be die-formed 20-gauge steel with frame-finished perforation sections of .062" diameter staggered holes .125" OC, 23% open with white diffusing panels retained behind. Perforated areas shall be 1 3/4" wide and end 3 1/4" from each fixture end. Perforated surfaces, shall be "actively lighted" by any of the available lamp combinations. "Actively lighted" requires that the perforated areas are illuminated directly by some portion of the lamp(s), not indirectly, or "passively" with either ambient of reflected light. At the center of 8-foot fixtures, perforation shall be interrupted for 6 1/2", to match perforation patterns of joined 4-foot fixtures. End caps shall be of sculpted die-cast aluminum, beveled at the top to match luminaire and radiused at the bottom and across the side. It shall be finished to match housing. Reflectors shall be die-formed high-reflectance aluminum. Luminaires shall be available with two-, three- or four-lamp T8 or one-, two-, or three-lamp T5 or T5HO. Two-lamp T8 luminaire shall be at least 86.1% efficient, the percentage of luminaire lumens for 90˚ to 120˚ shall be at least 34%. Three-lamp T8 luminaire shall be at least 81.1% efficient, the percentage of luminaire lumens for 90˚ to 120˚ shall be at least 29.6%. Four-lamp T8 luminaire shall be at least 72.6% efficient, the percentage of luminaire lumens for 90˚ to 120˚ shall be at least 27.0%. One-lamp T5HO luminaire shall be at least 93.8% efficient, the percentage of luminaire lumens for 90˚ to 120˚ shall be at least 46.6%. Two-lamp T5HO luminaire shall be at least 97.7% efficient, the percentage of luminaire lumens for 90˚ to 120˚ shall be at least 33.8%. System connectors of extruded aluminum, mitred at factory, shall be available for tees, crosses, 90˚ and 135˚ corners. Each standard system connector shall allow for center suspension hardware, with no suspension required on adjacent fixtures. Fixture and electrical components shall be UL and/or CUL Listed and shall bear the I.B.E.W., A.F. of L. label.
